Eugene Perma Solaris Air Libre Poudr6 Free Flowing Bleaching Powder is a bleach lightener for open-air highlights and lifts up to 6 levels. Solaris is a high-performance professional bleach that has achieved the most beautiful blondes for over 30 years. This bleaching powder is ideal for freehand sweeping, hair painting, or free-hand techniques. Its homogeneous and creamy texture allows you to work without the risk of clumps forming. It ensures complete control thanks to the cessation of its bleaching action once the product is dry.
Directions:
Mix in a non-metallic bowl with Oxycrem 20 Volumes (6%), 30 Volumes (9%) or 40 Volumes (12%), depending on the degree of lightening desired, the nature and ethnic origins of the hair.
Pour the quantity of powder required and add the oxidant little by little until you obtain a smooth cream.
EXPOSURE TIME
From 10 to 50 min.
Can be reduced by half under activator, in this case cover hair with a plastic film.
To be monitored according to the desired result.
RINSE
Rinse thoroughly and proceed with the specific Solaris Neutralizing Milk shampoo.
